Athletes and Spectators! Check out the new heat schedule! 
Athletes, be sure to have your supporters arrive earlier than your scheduled time. There may be a line at the door and you don’t want them to miss your WOD! 
Friday should be spent on recovery and MWOD. Eat clean with plenty of veggies (the paleo version of carb-loading!). Drink plenty of water. Get as much sleep as possible. Visualize yourself going through the WODs, imaging yourself completing each WOD successfully, with your highest level of intensity. 
The box is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Non-competitors wanting to get in a WOD or two this weekend - check out the travel WODs available on the bottom of the home page. We’ll expect to see you participating in the 2K Wattbike race at the event - that will get your heart rate up! Get outside and enjoy this beautiful weather!
