Thursday is a rest day for competitors (everyone else will do a regular WOD in class). Rest and enjoy an epsom soak.
Be sure that you are well hydrated - hydration starts now, not the day of competition! Take your Rehydrate or coconut water (or other electrolyte replacement). No alcohol from now until the competition!
Eat three solid, balanced meals leading up to Saturday. Eat your veggies!
On Saturday, you’ll want to eat breakfast around 7am. A good breakfast would be eggs and veggies, 3 eggs for women and 5 eggs for the men. After WODs 1 and 2, you’ll want to take your Post Workout Recovery shake, and maybe a little fruit. After your 3rd WOD. you’ll be ready for a full meal. You can bring your own food into the venue in a small, personal size cooler. Large coolers won’t be permitted.
