INNER BOX BATTLE UPDATES

We’re adding a little twist for all of the competitors! We want to see what team can get the most supporters to come out and cheer them on! Tickets will go on sale at the box this week - $7, cash or check. We will put the person’s name on a list, so there is no paper ticket to worry about losing. When they arrive at the event, they just give their name. The team with the most pre-sale tickets sold will win! 

Invite all of your friends and family - this is going to be an awesome event! The competitors are going to be challenged with 3 intense WODs (which are being announced Monday at the box!). There will also be the Wattbike race with a $1000 cash prize being split between the fastest man and woman.

Reps from SFH will be there to talk about supplements. They have a great product and we’re excited to have them represented.

Corner Butcher Shop will on-site grilling up chicken, tri-tip and sausages, along with veggies. 

Hangar 24 will be selling beer of course!

There will be live scoring to keep everyone up-to-date on the results as well as a DJ providing music to WOD to!
