GET FIT CHALLENGE UPDATE
Some of our Challengers started their 30 days early for various reasons. And those that are completing their 30 days early are reporting amazing results! Paul Garcia lost over 17 pounds while taking advantage of the 1-on-1 food coaching program available for those transitioning to paleo. His wife, who is not a CDR member but joined him in his commitment to eating clean for 30 days, lost 8lbs! And her goal was to lose 5lbs!
One commonality among people who are successful at maintaining a clean diet and healthy lifestyle, is the support of the people closest to them. Finding someone who cheers you on, holds you accountable, shares ideas and doesn’t sabotage your efforts is one of the best strategies for long term success.
I want to share an email we got that shows the value of that support.

Heather and I started our 30 day challenge on January 3rd, because I’m going to a bachelor party in Vegas this weekend. So we focused on eating 100% paleo, going to CDR at least 4 days a week, and only eating one small cheat meal a week. I lost 16lbs and she lost 9lbs for a total of 25!! I can’t begin to tell you how much better we feel! All of the little things are so much easier now like simply tying my shoe. We really focused on keeping each other honest and focused and it truly paid off! It’s so much easier being in a relationship with someone that has similar goals and I’m sure we will continue this challenge on Monday :)
