INNER BOX BATTLE UPDATES

On Friday, February 10th, there will be one class at 9am, dedicated to mobility work specific to the competition WODs. All competitors are strongly encouraged to attend. For those that are unable to attend, it is recommended that you plan to MWOD at home for at least 30 minutes that day. We will provide you with suggestions for MWODs to do at home. 

All non-competitors, please plan to get your WODs in Monday through Thursday next week. Friday will be spent setting up and preparing for the competition. If you are available to assist, please contact Calvin. You could probably even structure tasks like WODs to get an extra workout in that day - 3, 2, 1… GO! 

The box will be closed Saturday, the day of the competition, as well as Sunday. The athletes, coaches, and volunteers will need a day of rest
