All 20 strategies are worth considering as you tackle your challenge goal, but here are a few of my favorites:
- Make your goal as clear and specific as possible
- Create routines, set things up on autopilot
- Set up an accountability system
- Get enough sleep and take naps
- Surround yourself with those who have similar goals
- Delay gratification instead of nixing it altogether
- Have a higher purpose
