30 DAY CHALLENGE - Don’t forget to bring your goal sheets to the box this week! There is an envelope on the display case for completed sheets. If you have questions about your goals, ask a coach!

All 20 strategies are worth considering as you tackle your challenge goal, but here are a few of my favorites:

  • Make your goal as clear and specific as possible
  • Create routines, set things up on autopilot
  • Set up an accountability system
  • Get enough sleep and take naps
  • Surround yourself with those who have similar goals
  • Delay gratification instead of nixing it altogether
  • Have a higher purpose
