30 DAY CHALLENGE

Check out this brief and inspired TED Talk with Matt Cutts - He discusses the value of a 30 day challenge. He points out that 30 day challenges make the time pass more memorably, instead of just flying by without notice. And, a successful 30 day challenge builds confidence to tackle bigger goals. The take-away message - small sustainable changes maintained for 30 days can have big rewards. What are you waiting for?!

You can still join in on the Redlands Get Fit 2012 Challenge! Join over 100 of your CrossFit CDR friends and family in creating lasting habits for health and wellness. Share this with your friends and family outside of CDR. Our CDR members will, without a doubt, inspire our community participants to make positive changes in their lives. By doing something good for yourself, you will inspire someone else to be healthier!
