GOAL SETTING
Hopefully, everyone has been thinking about their goals for the Get Fit Challenge starting on Saturday! At the Kick-Off meeting, you will write down your goals and commit to the habits that will be necessary to reach your goals. We’ll give you some pointers for creating SMART goals and help you identify the habits that will have the biggest impact during your 30 days. We will also be asking you to identify an accountability partner - someone you’ll keep posted about your progress along the way.
The Kick-Off meeting is at 1pm on Saturday, at Washington Produce. There will be refreshments. Meal boxes will be available to purchase (more info coming this week!).
