CrossFit Games Athlete 2030!

30 DAY CHALLENGE INFO

The 30 Day Challenge begins January 14th - and the first challenge of 2012 will be different from any of our other challenges. Washington Produce and CDR are partnering to make this Challenge open to anyone in the community. Invite your friends, family and coworkers to join you in your commitment to starting new, healthy habits! 

With this Challenge, we’ll be asking everyone to commit to personal goals and helping you to craft your own plan to accomplish those goals. So the “rules” of the Challenge will look a little different for everyone. If you neighbor eats most of his meals at McDonalds and considers french fries a vegetable - the changes he’ll be committing to will be different than a CrossFitter looking to lean out and improve performance. Likewise, someone looking to gain muscle may have different “rules” than someone looking to lose 10 lbs of body fat.

The Challenge will be self-guided, and we’ll be providing tools, support and encouragement along the way. Your reward will be the satisfaction of achieving the goals you determined were important to you and having the tools to continue your success throughout the year. 

Washington Produce and local restaurants will have special offerings available to Challenge participants. CDR will be offering park workouts on Saturdays for our non-CrossFitting participants. So, if you have a friend or family member that has been considering CrossFit - now is the time to introduce them to our lifestyle approach to health and wellness! 

For those looking for additional support, accountability and individualized strategies, one-on-one coaching is available. The Challenge begins January 14th with a kick-off meeting at Washington Produce at 1pm. There will be two classes on January 7th to teach the basic food strategies (one for meat eaters and one for vegetarians) - the classes are most important for those that are not familiar with the basics of paleo.
