MOBILITY VIDEO OF THE WEEK
This week’s mobility video (from mobilitywod.com) shows you an easy way to hit specific tight, junky spots that need a little extra attention. By tacking down half of a lacrosse ball you can apply pressure to the specific spot, and perform basic movements to engage your nasty spot (in the video, they use the squat). Give this one a try!
