This video shows a cue for improving ankle position in the squat, which also helps force the knees out. Even with flat arches, a cue for the ankles can put the ankle in a more stable position and help create torque. We’re used to paying attention to the knees, because they are a large joint that we can easily observe. But your ankles need a little love too!
