Dare doing some heavy lifting! 

Choosing the healthiest foods and drinks can be confusing. And sometimes we choose something, knowing it isn’t a best option, but thinking that it is better than the alternative. Drinks containing fruit juice can fall into that category - at least it isn’t soda, right?! As you can see here, some fruit drinks actually have MORE sugar than soda.
