Congratulations to all of the CDR athletes who competed at Saturday’s Battle of the Boxes at CrossFit Kinnick. It was an exciting day - our Masters (Eric Ory, Jeff Padgett, Penny Lundgren, Jenna Ory) and Advanced (Calvin and Rachel Davis, Teresa Diaz, Jacob Heighes) teams took 1st in their divisions. Not only did our Masters win their division, they won all four WODs! Our Advanced team won 2 of 4 WODs! Our intermediate teams took 5th (Chris Balanay, Jonathan Heighes, Jen Clasen, Rachel Mickelson) and 11th (Nick McFayden, Chris McFayden, Jennifer Flohr, Denise Goslyn). 

THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support the athletes. Once again, CDR had the largest and loudest group of supporters! The CDR community is awesome!
