New Years Eve 2010
All members are welcome to come to the “New Years Eve team WOD at 9am. Make sure that you show up at least 15 minutes early to warm up. There will be a warm up on the board for you to get done prior to the start of class at 9am. We will have the doors open at 8am so you may show up anytime after that.
